[Syllabus] Fwd: Skyline Syllabus Update

AC 61-65H has been superseded by AC-61-65J.
The new AC has updated all of the endorsements to no longer have the
expiration date for the instructor.

I've taken the liberty of updating all of the syllabus sections that
referenced the old AC,
including the endorsement texts.

   1. Introductory paragraph
   2. Lesson 7f
   3. Lesson 7h
   4. Lesson 8a
   5. Lesson 9b

The PDF has been updated with the new text.
The public website has been updated with the new syllabus content.
