Don't send Zelle payments to the phone number that is listed at Skyline
Soaring member site. You'll have to send it to the email address
pb at pietbarber.com.  the 703-951-7438 is a VOIP number. Zelle won't allow me
to link that phone number to my Zelle account for complicated reasons that
I can't understand.

Rob Jacobsen, the money you sent me with zelle on that phone number can't
be received. I can't reject it, either.  I guess it'll just float in the
aether until it times out.

Why Zelle won't link to a VOIP number

   - Security and Verification: Zelle is designed for use with U.S. mobile
   numbers that are tied to a physical SIM card and a verifiable mobile
   carrier account. This helps ensure the security and authenticity of
   transactions.
   - SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA): Zelle uses SMS for sending
   verification codes to your phone, and many VOIP numbers aren't reliable for
   receiving these codes reliably.
   - Potential for Fraud: Using VOIP numbers for financial transactions can
   be associated with higher risks of fraud, leading financial institutions
   like Zelle to restrict their use.
