(Apologies if you have received this email multiple times)

The student list is finalized!
Find your name and number in the chart below. Remember your number! Don't
forget it!
For those students who haven't attended a WoT before, this is really
important. We cycle through all of the students by number. The #1 and #6
students go first on the first day. After student #1 does 3 consecutive
flights, he gets out, and student #2 gets in. Student #2 gets 3
consecutive flights, and the swaps out with student #3. After Student #3
gets 3 flights, both the instructor and the student get out, and the second
instructor + fourth student get into the glider. We cycle through all of
the students until the day is done. If we happen to stop at student #5,
we'll pick up on the next day so that student #5 gets his third flight, and
then we'll move to student 6, etc. If you are student #4 and you're waiting
around, you need to pay attention to when student #3 lands! If you're not
ready to go, then student #5 takes your place and you miss your turn! So be
there and be waiting for your turn. Keep count of how many flights the
student in front of you has done!

At the beginning of the day, we all start pulling the gliders out at 0830
or so. Finish the preflights and positive control checks. We start our
morning briefing at 09:00:00 SHARP. Not a second late!

The first order of business is a roll-call. We'll call out the number of
the student and you'd better shout your number out loud!
